“ This seagoing, safe, and practical semi-displacement yacht for sale was built in 1990 under ABS at the well-known Lowland Shipyard in The Netherlands, commissioned for a well-experienced yachtsman. With a bright contemporary feel throughout, she offers room for ten guests in four comfortable cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a crew of up to five that can sleep in three separate cabins.

In Excess is built after a design by the famous Dutch firm of naval architects Willem de Vries Lentsch, which has a distinguished track record of designing craft of this size and type of vessel. De Vries Lentsch co-operated with Lowland Yachts on many notable projects, and also this yacht was an astonishing outcome of their cooperation.

The aluminium hull of this Lowland is of a form that is appropriate for a semi-planing performance. Additionally, it will provide a comfortable ride by slower speeds at economical long-range cruising too. Also, the superstructure is constructed in aluminium, and much attention is paid to sound levels and insulation.

The main saloon can be accessed from the aft deck through a large sliding stainless steel glass door, where large windows provide a pleasant and bright open atmosphere. The large saloon offers a spacious seating area, and a large round dining table is placed in the front of the saloon with access to the galley through the corridor.

The aft deck is large and well laid out with a sizable teak and stainless steel dining table for al fresco lunches and dinners in the shade. In the relaxed settings of this spacious aft deck, you can also find a comfortable sofa with a table for informal meals or drinks. From the aft deck, two curved stairs lead to the swimming platform that gives easy access to the water for a swim.

From the aft deck there is a comfortable lazy stairs up, that gives easy access to the flybridge.
This flybridge has plenty of seating possibilities; snug sunbathing and relaxing beds in the back, comfortable seating to enjoy extensive views while cruising in the front. These features are complemented by a wet bar, refrigerator, and space for a barbecue.
